Peter Odemwingie To Rule English premiership
West Bromwich Albion's Peter Odemwingie has been crowned September's Premier League Player of the Month, while his manager Roberto Di Matteo scooped the Manager of the Month award.
Di Matteo masterminded an unbeaten run through the month of September as the Baggies drew with Tottenham, secured a derby victory over Birmingham City, beat high spenders Manchester City in the League Cup, and even beat Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium to surge up to sixth in the table.
In the meantime, Odemwingie, who arrived from Lokomotiv Moscow during the summer, has hit the ground running in England.
The Nigeria international put in strong performances through the course of last month, and either scored or created a goal in every game that he played in September.
